Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code.

Ordering multiple products? These may be shipped separately so you can enjoy what's already in stock sooner.

Delays or lost packages

KimS Worldwide is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address details. In case of a missing package, please contact us within 30 days; we will gladly help with tracing.
