By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to our general terms and conditions, return policy, and privacy statement.
The website is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is securely processed through the payment methods we offer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if abuse, fraud, or incorrect data is suspected.
Always carefully check your order before paying.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Our products come from various warehouses. The average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.
The product page always states the expected delivery time for that specific item.
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code.
Are you ordering multiple products? These may be shipped separately, so you can enjoy what is already in stock sooner.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address details.
In case of a damaged or incorrect product: report this within 48 hours via email, along with photos. We will then arrange a solution immediately.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to revoke your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

5. Product Information
We do our best to describe and display all products as accurately as possible. However, minor color or detail deviations may occur due to, for example, screen settings.
Prices and product availability may change. Typographical errors reserved.
