KimS Worldwide Return Policy

At KimS Worldwide, we stand 100% behind our products. We are happy to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.

1. Legal right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

This cooling-off period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you, not the carrier) physically take possession of the product.

You can use the model withdrawal form (available on our website or by email). You may also send a clear email or letter.

Please note: As of June 19, 2026, you must also be able to use a clear withdrawal function (button or similar function) on our website to withdraw from your purchase.

2. Return conditions

For a smooth and hassle-free return, we ask the following:

The product is unused and in new condition (you may only test it as you would in a physical store).

All labels, tags, and seals are still intact.

The original packaging is kept as well as possible.

You include the proof of purchase or order number.

3. Return process (super simple)

Send an email to info@kimsworldwide.com with your order number and the product you wish to return.

We will send you a return label and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notification (preferably using the label we provided).

4. Return costs and refund

Standard returns are free with us (we pay the return shipping costs).

For an upgrade of the original shipment (e.g., express), we will only reimburse the standard shipping costs. You pay the difference yourself.

Once we have received and approved the product, we will refund your money within 10 business days via the same payment method.

We will also refund the original shipping costs to you (for a full return).

5. Products for which returns are not possible

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made products

Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

Personal hygiene products whose seal has been broken

Audio, video, or software products whose seal has been broken

Sale or outlet items (unless defective upon receipt)

Products that are clearly worn or used (beyond normal testing)

6. Defective, damaged, or wrong products?

Did you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours via info@kimsworldwide.com and include a few clear photos. We will immediately arrange a suitable solution: a new product, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs).
